lyrics

Yesterday I felt like I was home again, in a way it also felt like loss, and a ghost had landed in my soup again, so I ate and this is the result.
So I slowed down time and the world would keep itself divine.
And I turn back time and the world would keep me alive.
All the leaves are aching for the Summer rain, I don't want to look as though I'm down, and the rest is bullshit and just history, though I yearn for moments in the past.
Both my eyes are rolling balls of blood again and they make me look as though I'm tired, and the change that's settled on my lids again falls away like everything in life.
So I slowed down time and the world would keep itself divine.
And I turn back time and the world would keep me alive.
(So I turn.... time)
